Compensation & Schedule:


$30 - $35 per hour | Hourly | Full-Time


Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 6:30a-3:30p


Option to work on Saturdays + OT Availability

What You'll Be Responsible For:




  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:

    • Balers, shredders, and conveyors

    • Forklifts and skid steers



  • Troubleshoot and repair:

    • Hydraulic, mechanical, and motor systems

    • Chains, belts, sensors, motors, and components



  • Work independently to prioritize and complete work orders

  • Use KPA software to manage PMs, work orders, and safety documentation

  • Support and reinforce safety initiatives across the facility

  • Help onboard and train new employees on safe work practices

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

  • Manage shop supplies, parts, and inventory

  • 53' semi-trailer experience is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined.


What We're Looking for:




  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

  • Leadership attitudeâ€"lead by example, not by title

  • Willingness to mentor and support less experienced technicians

  • Welding experience and hydraulic knowledge (or willingness to learn)

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CMMS systems)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license

  • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, not required
