Grounds Caretaker/Home Maintenance

Do you have experience in grounds maintenance and home maintenance? We are excited to offer a new position on our team! As a Site Caretaker and Home Maintenance Worker, you will help keep our residential properties in tip-top condition, ensuring they look good and are well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

Grounds and Structure Maintenance:ÂFrom manicured lawns to well-maintained homes, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all aspects of the property.

Detailed Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and work closely with supervisors/owners to address them immediately.

Coordination and Management: Manage both tasks performed personally and those executed by external vendors, ensuring that all work is completed satisfactorily.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to prevent future problems and perform routine maintenance on essential equipment and systems.

Interaction with Owners: Respond to requests and concerns from owners in a timely and professional manner, always maintaining a positive and customer-oriented attitude.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Currently responsible for a property, but assistance in additional properties and involvement in special projects may be required as needed.

Physical Exertion: This position involves physical tasks such as walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).

General Repair Skills: Have a strong set of maintenance skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Newly created position for a full-time Property Caretaker. Must have experience in landscaping and general home maintenance and repairs. The right individual must be reliable, responsible, and have impeccable work ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

Grounds and Structure Maintenance: day-to-day upkeep of all aspects of the properties.

Inspections: Regular property inspections to identify any maintenance needs

Vendors: Manage third-party vendors, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs and conduct routine maintenance on essential equipment and systems.

Client Interaction: Respond to owner requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Responsible for one property, but may assist at additional properties as needed, and help with special projects.

Physical Demands: Walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).

Handyman Skills: Strong handyman/maintenance skillset.
